It does take along time, but, if you hurry and make your choices(cloths, skin, ect), it will take less time

It takes forever to upload a picture. I guess the site is really busy it's taken nearly a half and hour and it's still not done! I'm really getting sick of stareing at a spinning doughnut

I am not going to tell my friends about this. This sucks! It does not work. I've been waiting 45 mins and still no photo. I've been trying to get on here all day and it did not want to let me or and the site did not want to load. I guess they get paid but how many people visit the site so what do they care if it works or not its money in their pockets.

Like I said, best off trying this at off hours. Also, you really want a full close up of the face to get it to work.
They definitely could have done a better job with some of the failure feedback.

The donut has been spinning since yesterday! Its going on about 20 hours. This is really frustrating. How long does it take. I uploaded the picture and the donut has been spinning ever since. I went to work and school and the donut is still spinning. This is crazy!

This is making me pissed. Its been over a hour now and the donut is still going at it. I really hope having fast internet will make it so it doesn't take a fricken week. just watch! I will wait for another 4hours then it will probably freeze or say error. What kind of internet speed do you all have? that its taking so long.

hey man, i tried and tried and tried to find out how to even just get to the site to do it and it just dont work...

Okay, here's a couple of things you can do to make it work better and not get the donut to spin forever:

*crop the photo, so that you can have a perfect size pic and it wont fail once you get through the donut spinning process.
*reduce the file size. Do this by opening the pic in any program that will allow you to change the photo's settings and change it to something like 640x480.

Doing this will give you a perfect sized picture that should be able to upload to the site in around (or less) than a minute. Assuming the site's not full.

Oh, one more thing. That http://www.simpsonsmovie.com/main.html
site works well also. It may not use a photo but you can work with it to create yourself, or even a brand new character.

I actually liked the one I created from simpsonsmovie.com better, while my wife liked the one she created from simpsonizeme.com better.

How do I actually export it? It implies I've exported it but there are no options, etc. All I have is a file named my_file.png and I can't open it with Photo Editor or anything.

It is SOOOOOOOOO slow.. The counter has been stopped at 1 for about 30 mins.. You really shouldn't advertise something that isnt working quite well yet!

i have been on the site for like a half an hour and it brought me to the page were you pick your age and skin color and age and so on, and it has been saying analyzing photo for a LONG time and everytime it gets down to 2 on the countdown it goes right back to 12 and counts down over and over again, why is this?
